Reservation Fee: P50,000
Minimum Down Payment with Discounts: (DP is staggered until turnover of the House and Lot)

30% DP (4% Reg Discount + 2% Post Dated Checks Discount)
40% and UP DP (5% Reg Discount + 2% Post Dated Checks Discount)
40% and UP SPOT DP (5% Reg Discount + 2% Post Dated Checks Discount + Special Discount)
CASH staggered until turnover (10% Reg Discount + 2% Post Dated Checks Discount)
SPOT CASH (10% Reg Discount + 2% Post Dated Checks Discount + Special Discount)

Balance: payable through In-house, Bank and Pagibig Financing.

TURNOVER DATES:
*12 months after reservation and completion of 30% Down Payment
